I'm having a hard time staying motivated today. More with work than anything, but then that makes me want to eat because I get bored. I'm really craving chocolate today, so I'm going to try to do my best not to cave too much. Tonight I may have to have a small treat, otherwise I'll eat myself crazy trying to get rid of my craving. Well, I've done my exercise, I've eaten okay so far today, so I'm ready to start the weekend off on a good note. Hope everyone has a good weekend!!

Be strong! Don't give in to cravings :) But yeah, a little treat might be a good idea to keep cravings satisfied without overindulging. I know exactly what you mean about wanting to eat out of boredom.
