Woke up Oct 8th to find out that I didn't add a journal yesterday sorry. I thought I had but it must have been a post I was thinking of. Oh well I did weigh in 208 just maintaining. steady is good a least no gain. Thanksgiving this weekend so I have to be careful. Good luck to everyone.
