OK, I'm down 50 lbs from my highest weight. Let's keep it rolling! My history is to lose 10-20 lbs at a time then go into long periods of maintaining in a range of 10 lbs. Maybe that's what my body needs, but I'll keep the weight dropping as long as possible. I seem to have a working formula for now. Thanks everyone here for setting examples of what's working for you. I learn a lot and translate it into changes that help.
