To all my geeky FS friends, May the Fourth be with you. Hehehehehehe. Ok, good morning. After an "eventful" evening last night, I hit the gym hard this morning. Starting to get muscle soreness in my abs that I haven't had in a long time. I don't really know what to attribute this to. Could it be that I am forcing my body to accept that I am trying to lose the fat? Or maybe it's because my cholesterol medication ran out, and I am seeing the doctor tomorrow and that the medicine is keeping the weight on me? I really don't know. All I know is I haven't had a cholesterol pill in a week, and now I'm starting to get the worked muscle feeling in my abs. Maybe it's all in my head. Who knows. Hopefully the doc will be able to give me some answers tomorrow. I'm tired of staying at a 5 pound buffer and not able to get over the "hump". I really want to start going in the downward trend again, and I'm hoping tomorrow will give me some good answers. Have a great day everyone. If I haven't said it before, thanks for the support. Even if I don't comment back with a thanks, or something like that, I do listen to all the comments and appreciate all the help. You are the best support group I could have ever asked for, besides my wife of course. Thanks again, keep up the awesome work.
