My food diary is deadly accurate and that's mainly so that I can prove to myself that I am losing wieght at a steady rate and yet not denying myself the things that I like.
However, today the truth is that I just cannot stop eating - I'm desperate for chocolate. Despite the fact that I know I'm going out for a meal tonight it seems I've already eaten way too much. Also, to make matters worse I'm going to Iceland for a few days at the end of the week and really wanted to lose some more weight - not put it back on!
I need to listen to the Self Sabotage hynosis tomorrow to get back on track
I am my own worst enemy and need to be accountable for my failings. Nice excuses do not detract from the pure truth that weight loss only occurs when you eat less and move more.
