Did not get a chance to workout today spent the day waiting for the refriderater repair man and he showed up at 9 and left at 1 so I could not just workout at home then I did a psychology test (final) and had to go get my daughter (Kel) and then get a boat part then take Kel to karate and now I am sitting here typing, the day just gets away sometimes.
Breakfast
1 1/2 ice coffees
spicy colifoler
2 enchaladas
snack
fudgsicle
lunch
bit of shreded chicken with ranch dipping sauce
and black olives
snack
Dinner
more enchaladas

It certainly does get away sometimes; before you know it it is time to start repairing dinner, hope the refrigerator is fixed!

I liked your typo repairing dinner that is just like me (well I try anyhow) Yep fridge is fixed with $1500.00 bill, danm good thing for warrenties.
