OK. That about sums up my eating for today. I ate really well, although I did not feel super hungry through out the day like I usually do my first day back to dieting. Hoping to see the scale go down tomorrow. I cleaned today for probably a total of 2 hours and my husband and I are about to go for a walk, so that will help. I hope you all had a good diet day!
