Need Help and Advice Buddies!
I am experiencing serious brain fog. I've heard that can happen on keto usually last a couple days or more. Any advice you can give me to get through this phase? Ugh! I just can't think.

How has nobody mentioned the dark chocolate? It brightens my attention and gives me energy. I have a bit every afternoon when my energy begins to flag. My brand is Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Lovers Bar. -1/8 of a packet, 12.5 grams. the high fiber offsets some of the carbs. It also is just a nice treat and doesn't wreck my macros. Sets me up for my 90 minute yoga class, even when I'm tired after work.

I agree with MCT oil and coconut oil - I make Bulletproof Coffee and it helps me feel alert and functioning at a high level, GOOGLE it.
