MY FIRST DAY OF TRYING TO LOSE 30 POUNDS AND I AM ALREADY WISHING I HAD A BURGER OR CHICKEN AND GRAVY I NEED PRAYER!!! AS YOU ALL CAN SEE MY TITLE NAME IS "I CAN DO IT" SO I NEED TO GET THIS IN MY HEAD(PERMANTELY)

I was where you are just 6 weeks ago. Something "snapped". I had tried to lose before and it had never worked. I was ready to really do it. I gave up booze entirely for the duration and just started counting calories with a little excersize. I am already down nearly 20 lbs. Good luck.

Your goal is well within reach! I started at the same weight 4 months ago, and I am now down 7 kilos - with the same final goal as you. I try to maintain a healthy diet (as much as possible); reduced the alcohol; little or no bread. And plenty of exercise. What works for me is: PLANNING. I try as often as possible to plan my meals ahead, cook them myself, and stick with that. Same with the exercising, I plan in advance and write it down on my FS too: it helps me get mentally prepared, and focus on it. Good luck!!!
