Your goal is well within reach! I started at the same weight 4 months ago, and I am now down 7 kilos - with the same final goal as you. I try to maintain a healthy diet (as much as possible); reduced the alcohol; little or no bread. And plenty of exercise. What works for me is: PLANNING. I try as often as possible to plan my meals ahead, cook them myself, and stick with that. Same with the exercising, I plan in advance and write it down on my FS too: it helps me get mentally prepared, and focus on it. Good luck!!!
