I am not going to even try and enter my foods from yesterday and possibly from today. I know that my calorie total was over and I didn't keep track of what I ate. We had a retirement party for a co-worker who had been with the company for 27 years. A very special occasion that doesn't happen often and I don't feel guilty for enjoying it (and the 2 pieces of cake - one while at work and the other at the party last night). And today is my anniversary. We have been married 21 years. Not sure what we are doing, he hasn't said yet. I will get back on track Saturday but have been drinking a lot of water the last two days at least. And moving around more, even went swimming. My doctor recommended adding some water aerobics. He said it would be good for my joints and fibromyalgia.
