I sm trying to walk 2 times a week. and get up to 3-4 days a week. I have been keeping track of the calories and fat from calories and carbs I am eating. I have kept track of the food i eat for about a week now. I ate 2252 calories, 420 fat from calories, and 289 carbs on monday. Tuesday did alittle worse with 2304 cal, 319.2 carbs; wednesday did good only had 1287 calories, 145.05 carbs; thursday 1896 calories, 233 carbs; friday 1526 calories, 170 from fat, and 147 carbs. Well, will update later and hope we have a blessed day.
