Journal de keao, 16 oct. 11

Another quick journal entry. Got work again tonight and there is a load of work to be done as it has built up over the past few weeks beaning short staffed. So it's time to push harder and work it better than going the gym lol. I am so tired today could sleep all day got up at 9.30 that was 8 hours sleep but then fell into broken sleep/nap on the sofa till 12 but up and getting ready for the work. oh skipped breakfast as I sort of slept though it.
