I had a lot of frozen dinners .. mostly Amys and Kashi which means there is a lot of veggies in those frozen dinners. The virus is for FROZEN foods with the veggies in them. My freezer is no empty. I am waiting for the all clear signal. In the meantime, beans and rice for me for a while, which are canned or boxed...not frozen. Stay away from frozen foods that have vegetables in them.
