Early today on another late early at work tonight sooo not happy 6.5 hours between shifts. Was good last night at darts did not give in to the sandwiches given at half time (might of had something to do with them smelling like cat food) even though I put down 4 bottles of Budweiser but only drank 1 so need to amend that.
I also recalculate my kcal intake now down to 1900 a day but going to put 500 as junk that should cover anything more like the odd biscuit and the water I drink.
Also you may notice I've changed my profile picture one side is the picture taken 1 month ago at the start and the other is now a little change a lot more to come hopefully.
