Well, I did some grocery shopping yesterday for food to have at work for breakfast and lunch, however I'm thinking now I didn't make the best choices for my diet. . .Bagel w/cream cheese for bf = 7pts, if I have my morning soda + 2pts, yikes 9pts for breakfast, too many. So I also have cream of wheat, I'll eat that for breakfast at only 2pts. Then for lunch I got some Arnold's thins, deli ham, & cheese = 4pts. but I got doritos, wrong, at 6pts for 12 chips, I won't have those for lunch again! I only get 20 daily points and want to more evenly distribute between my three meals (and a snack, if I need one). Wish I liked vegetables, that would make it sooo much easier. Thanks for letting me vent!
