I'm drinking my calories lately because I don't have the time to eat. I have had two pepsis in the last little while while other pop is fair game. Not cool.

Today I'm having clothes issues. I had to finally give up on some fat pants because they won't stay up. I know I should be happy and I am, I'm just scared of jinxing myself. I have a whole wardrobe calling my name that I haven't been able to wear in about 3 years. I can't remember the last time I fit into some of the stuff. I almost feel guilty for being so blah about it. I don't know it's weird. Has anybody else felt this way? I know that I'm just being a suck, smaller clothes is a good thing I should be excited but I'm truly only anxious.

On a lighter note I'm picking up alot more shifts at the gas station, yeh more money! And tonight I'm going to cook supper and take it out to my brither and sister-in-law and see how she is doing. So I get to leave my 4 walls tonight for a change of scenery. That makes me excited.

Excuse me for nagging - but you have got to plan yourself some meals and snacks! You can pack lots of things in snack bags and put them in the freezer for a quick "grab and go". Pepsi is bad on so many levels! BTW - This is coming from a former Diet Coke addict.

Ya I know your right Buffy! I just feel so broken right now. I don't have the energy for the forthought and planning not to mention the prep. I know that I can't stay here but I feel like such a suck baby right now! I'm so glad that you girls are here for me and have my back! Thank you.

I know what you mean - you drink soda to get going and then crash again - it is a vicious circle. Good luck finding your way out.

Throw out the clothes, Tracey. You're not jinxing yourself; you're finding new possibilities. You're doing great. I'm with Buffy though, make some food and take it with you. You'll thank yourself for it when you're hungry. I broiled mediterrean veggies this morning after I got back from the gym at 6:30am to take for lunch. Already have my snack baggies of cashews and sunflower seeds made up. Then i made breakfast. Will pack a protein shake and be out of here in a few. Have a great day. And hi to your brother and sister-in-law.

u dont know me lol but i agree with everybody. I take almonds, balance bars, greek yogurt and sometimes pb on whole wheat...protein for hunger, complex carbs for energy...ive also take to drinking powerade zero instead of pop
