Finally broke into the 175 range. I am delighted. I am having stomach issues and I don't know if it is from eating less or something else. Still dealing with major pain and a couple days I was basically on bed rest. Hoping for things to straighten themselves out and this weight loss to continue(without all the stomach issues.) I will cut and paste some of what I just posted for someone else: It could be the body making some basic adjustments to your new diet. With stomach issues - the best advice for me, is to get back to simple. As you progress, you will continue to scale back on food items and get what you put into your body daily, down to just a few simple basic, whole food items, and learn that water is the only liquid that does a body good - and your body will continue to adjust (growing pains perhaps).
