How in the world do I post pictures to my journal? There is the image button on the little tool bar, but I have no clue on how to insert the actual picture.

You must upload your photos to an outside app such as Photobucket. Then cut and paste the URL attached to the photo in the outside app between the img-img that shows up when you click the img button within your journal. Easier than it sounds.
