Haven't posted in a while...life happens! I've been transitioning to get ready to start my new job! I've been consistently working out and really watching what I'm putting into my body. I'm pleased to be down 10 pounds since may 5th! I've had ups and downs but overall committed myself to a better lifestyle. I've stopped making excuses for every little thing and started setting goals and crushing them. I started training for my triathlon, still searching for a decent bike. I feel fantastic and it's only the beginning. I have been defeated by the old me so many times in the past...not this time, she is going down!

Way to go, there is only 1 way to do it and that is to do it, hard lesson for me too. So many problems, but I am tackling my health, working out, eating carefully, no wine, beer or cocktails. Looking for full time job, I am a contractor, and out of Texas so I can start all over, baby steps. Down 5 lbs, and only 115 to go! :-) Thanks for sharing, it helps. Dea.
