Got a free slice of pizza at the grocery store with a coin the store hands out for going there. That will probably be it until Christmas Eve as far as cheating goes. I'm trying maintenance to see if I lose - I think I will if I do it properly and stay away from too many carbs and watch the calorie intake. For me, Atkins worked best with lower calories than for an average 6'2" man who weighs around 200 lbs is actually supposed to have for a daily intake. I see the site has changed, lots of the people from a year or two around, many not, lots may have reached goal weights and moved on...
