ok went on a bit of a wobble with food the past 2 days and have been well over my count. But today is the day I start to pull it back, only I can lose the weight! It just shows that I still fall into comfit eating when times or bad on me. Btw my partner has decided were not going to talk about it and just ignore the past 3 days as if nothing happened. I want to talk to clear something's up and plus I am still very angry at what she had said to me that was completely untrue.
Looking at yesterdays weight in down 0.1kg no exercises, poor relationship with food and bloated due on the monthly s (3 days late). Im glad that I didn't gain anything! My body water is up to almost what it should be between 40 and 45% and my body fat is down 0.8%. caught a glimps of my self in the mirror this morning and that hourglass shape is coming back still got a long way to go but I'll get there. Work out tonight after I get home from work if I chant it in my head long enough it might stick and I might just do it lol.
I would like to say thank you for your support the past few days ment a lot whilst I was down. :) you guys or the best x

you deserve the best.sorry about ur partner just wanting to forget and u want to talk.maybe u could compromise and write it down so u can get it out of ur system.back on track.good.i need to exercise consistantly too.i have faith in you.

I hope things with your partner smooth out soon, rockytu has a great idea about writing the stuff you want to talk about down. That way when you do talk about it(if you do) you'll remember what you want to say and for her to hear. I really hope she'll talk soon, my thoughts are with you!!! :-)
