You're doing great. You lost 42 lbs. that phenomenal. Don't quit now. just give yourself time. One of my FS buddies has a necklace of inexpensive crystal bobbles. She's from across the pond, so she adds a bobble with every kilo lost. That way, when she gets down, she looks at all she's accomplished and it keeps her going. I love that idea. Keep going. You'll be so much better off with lifestyle changes than with quick fixes.
