first day with personal trainer , prior I was doing 5 to 6 days 2 to 2.5 hr pilates classes ,, yoqa ,strength classes and water aerobics , trainer said walk on treadmill and heavy weight training 3 sets of 10 for 1 hr and do it 2 to 3 times a week and cardio 2 hrs only day one , body hurts unlike all classes prior ate 1450 calories he said do 2500 min I didnt scared to gain weight even though he said to feed muscles its like I was not at gym long but will keep log of food and his routine to see progress , I eat no refined sugar , no skin on chicken , meats salads and eggs and protein shakes and fresh veggies I love bread but refuse to eat it but i sneak a 60 calorie pita a day
