The gym I go to had a new range of Low Carb Sugar Free Syrups and it was available in Chocolate :D It's only 7 calories per 30ml so I had to try it!!!
So today I decided to make pancakes to use the Sugar Free chocolate syrup and after reading a few recipes I decided to just make up my own. I used 4 jumbo eggs(whole), 3/4 cup of water and 2 scoops of Pro Nutrition Whey Fusion Chocolate Protein Powder. I just mixed the ingredients and then added 12g melted butter to the batter and cooked in a non stick pan. It came out really awesome!!!
My sister does not eat eggs and actually loved it!
In future I'll tweak the recipe by adding some vanilla essence and some baking powder to the batter.
If I ate the whole thing myself I would have had over 64g of protein, 37g of fat and just 6g carbs which would amount to under 650 calories as a low carb meal(can be considered a dessert).
