right I need to get back on track focus I need to focus. Going to clear my gym back out now, so I can use it again!!!!!! food journal is getting filled in today properly get back into the routine. Jumped on the scales today and its up 1.2kg not recording as my weigh-in day is Monday lets hope I can get that figure back down. I had a 3 week wobble and its catching up now.
