shocked & relieved that I haven't gained 20#, but I know it's my body transitioning from muscle to fat. it is important that I be careful since this is a lifelong endeavour & it is hard! it's even harder under stress & also hard without people cheering me on. it is good to take care of me. it shouldn't be a burden. thank you God for this body. thank you for helping me to take care of it so I can better do your work on earth.
