Depending on what you ate it could just be water weight. Slip ups happen - relax and get back on track. Life isn't perfect so we have to adjust to it.

You ate whole, healthy foods and kept your kcal under 1200, mostly around 700. I would also be frustrated. It could be your body has adapted to the VLCD (very low calorie diet) and down regulated metabolism. It might be time to look at trying a different plan. The keto crowd is having good, consistent results. Cat2Butterfly is falling in love with Ayurveda. Or, there us Dr. Mark Hyman's Blood Sugar Solution to try. Or Fung's Obesity Code.

Are you tracking 100% of your calories? At 800K/day, which is what you recorded for the last week, you should absolutely be cutting weight. #letsGO!

Stress and poor sleep will do that to me - how're you sleeping?

I am tracking 100% of my calories. (And yes I'm stressed out and not sleeping due to PTSD symptoms.) I need to look into focusing on something other then calories, but a lot of the diets I've looked at just dont let me eat the fruit that I love so much. To me it's not worth it to give up my fruit to loose weight.

I have not given up fruit myself as that is what food I most love. Have included it, and been very attentive to calorie totals and exercise. With PTSD symptoms important to have sense of control in your life, not sense of being deprived. Assume you have self care regimen when symptoms peak, important to track that in healthy and functional manner, not adhere to a diet that provokes further stress for you. Could be water weight, could be hormones, could be any number of things. Mental health issues impact how a body will try to protect itself. You are in my thoughts...take care. j
