This day one of my diet on my new android phone. It says I need 2400 a day but I know I can live on 1000 for months I have done it before. Just getting motivated to get up early enough to go to the gym is my biggest goal. Also today is the yearly check up with the doc. This time next year I want to be looking 100 lbs smaller and shock her with it. Fat Brat is going to shrink and hot brat is going to emerge!!
