Finally a bit of weight loss. Last 3 days were hard but I kept focus. Its weekend time so I will have time to rest, reflect and plan. I want to step up everything by a notch from next week on wards. My short term aim is to lose 14kg in 6 weeks whilst maintaining minimum protein intake of 160g per day. Sounds hard but will give it my all. Need to get back to a healthy weight.
