5k Training: Week 5 - Day 1 - 32min total, 16min running, 1.4 miles
Didn't run as far as I wanted, but it's still something. I need to pick up the pace if I want to complete a 5k in less than an hour. Have about 3 weeks to get there. I believe I will. :)
