I'm totally going to admit I'm off Atkins at this point after last evening's wonderful dinner. I ate too much though, and tomorrow night is another meal where I get to have things I normally don't have like pies and cakes... so I will go back on induction in January probably and try to limit the sugar tomorrow night. I get to meet my second great-niece tomorrow, who is only a month old. I have five great-nephews and nieces and three nieces and a nephew, one niece is not an adult, I will see them all tomorrow night. My aunt's friend who is a nun like my aunt has flown to Lebanon where she is from today for a few weeks. My aunt may be around this weekend. I may try on-line DJ work for free as I love music and have a large collection in the coming months once I get it set up. I have over 1500 CDs, I started buying them in the 1980s. I guess now I don't really need to buy much more. Right now as I write I'm listening to a 70s channel out of Phoenix, AZ that and 80s may be what I will start out doing...
