R3P2 - VLCD #5 Some traces of ketosis this morning +0.5 only but I hope to see some more tomorrow. So far so good with my diet, not sure if it's a placebo effect but I'm rarely hungry. BF = 29.4% BMI = 23.8%
This morning I even forgot to eat my orange, I didn't actually feel the need to and I guess I was also too busy at work to remember. TGIF!!
