Lost 3 lbs this week, down to 261! Glad to get out of the 1 LB a week rut, I want to see bigger numbers for all the work I am doing. Did workout harder, and watched what I eat even more. More protein shakes for dinner with maybe a piece of fruit, if I don't feel very hungry.
