Woke at 215.6, down .8 from yesterday. That itself is a victory on a weekend. Will continue to flush out the meds and water weight via coffee, water, and hibiscus tea. Baking two loafs of paleo bread today. Will do a HIIT squats workout at some point. UPDATE: Finished the baking. The first loaf came out great with half the coconut oil. The second loaf did not work out as well as last week. Used chocolate protein powder and some cacao nibs. Did not rise. I think I used too big a loaf pan. It will still be eaten! No weigh in until morn.
