I am losing the excess water weight I was carrying around in my feet and ankles. 9 lbs so far. I new I was bloated but WOW. The weekends are a little harder for me to eat better but still working on it. I was tired Friday so bought Chinese. Managed my portions so it wasn't too bad. I believe I still managed to keep my calories under 2000 each day so that is good. Did a lot of resting with my feet up this weekend which also helped. Started walking today. Only made it about 10 minutes because of the pain and stiffness in my legs and knees. It is a start though and will try for a little longer tomorrow.
