not been on-line for a bit my lil sis has a bone tumour and is only 19 years old. also found out that my step mum has diabetes not sure what type yet but she is a really big woman if i had to put a guess 22 stone plus that opened my eyes a bit my real nan also was a big woman and she had diabetes made me wonder what am I doing to myself and I have a chance now to stop it and change it. Ive been putting up excuesse for weeks now well no more no more computers till after exercise no sweets and treat things unless ive earn them. Life is to short and I want to be the best I can be.
