Doing well, diet easy for me to follow. I saw my rheaumatologist today, winter the arthritis is worse of course, for me anyway. I hope to move eventually to a warmer climate. It was bitterly cold yesterday, no global warming around here lately. I guess just one degree worldwide does make a difference but it sure doesn't when it is winter and the wind chill is around or below zero Fahrenheit. I'm planning on moving to Hawaii or Arizona maybe or if I get published somewhere like Spain... :)
