Journal de Lindart, 02 sept. 16

I ran out of yogurt this morning so had toast and PB and a banana. Lunch was a salad and 1/2 a chicken sandwich (leftover from yesterday's lunch out). By 2pm I was starving!!!! Not sure if was the lunch or breakfast.Didn't eat anything, and now I'm sipping on my wine, so it's OK for now.

For me carbs just don't satisfy as long. I can't spend my low calorie allotment on them without feeling hungry - or hangry.

I am the same way... I ate carbs and low fat a week ago and I was hungry all the time and I gained almost 5 pounds.

I agree-when I get busy I don't think of food, in fact I have to remind myself to eat! But these days I'm not busy so I have to ignore the hunger pangs. I do think that the yogurt breakfast I usually have, though keeps me full until lunch better than toast and PB!
