I killed myself yesterday and took my body to the limits. I would not like to repeat yesterday (except the 1.5l of white tea I had), Morning Gym Class, Lunch - Personal training, Evening Cardio.
However the weight loss result has spoken for itself. I do not want to be unfit. It was a really hard day yesterday but I am glad I pulled it off. Have a similar day tomorrow because I will reach my goal by Saturday regardless as excuses do not give results. This weight loss journey has actually helped my general life not only do I have more energy I am more organised, plan more, getting more done

You might have killed yourself, but you are certainly killing it, that's for sure :-) Weight loss is really just an added bonus of being fit and healthy and you are stomping your way to it! Onwards and upwards (downwards haha) x

You are right I might have, they say everything in moderation which is correct but I set a goal and i wanted to reach it. Will probably not repeat that but I feel stronger having done that.
