Running is by far the hardest thing ive ever done in my life. Ive been running consistently for 4 months but I'm still struggling like a beginner. I feel like im going for my very first run whenever i go out..The only positive aspect of running is that i can eat as much junk and still not gain weight.
82,3 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 27,0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 9,8 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

i have been running for 4 years (not as constantly as i would like) and i still feel like a beginner... used to be like you too with eating the junk and not gaining weight.... but that doesnt seem to work any more.... just keep it up, you will get there.
