I hit 200.2 this weekend, dieted hard for the past few days (except for last night), and lost 4 pounds. I'm trying to space out meals, eat around 300-400 calories every 3-4 hours, easy on the carbs but not necessarily 'low'. Exercising 4 days per week and incorporating strength training. I started taking CLA, 2k mg per day. I think they're giving me headaches, but it's only been 2 days. I saw my reflection in a window while walking and almost didn't recognize myself, I'm 20 pounds heavier than my comfortable weight, which was 180. I really want to lose this weight.
