Happy October Friends!

I'm really looking forward to starting a new month as it will be my first full month on this journey.

I'll be starting my bullet journal today tracking hygiene, sleep, leisure and health habits to get a better sense of trends.

I did go to my consultation at Orange Theory yesterday. I'm still on the fence for many reasons: I want to lose weight first without exercise, I've never had success with using a gym membership, it is pricey, the workouts are intense and I'm severely out of shape, they're set to open early next year and I don't see myself going out in the snow. I guess the only pro is it would be good for me physically, mentally and socially.

If I could start tomorrow it would be different, there's just something holding me back about the distance into the future. Will I still be motivated then? Will I feel comfortable in that environment? Will I get hurt? Would I do better buying the hybrid trainer I've been eyeing and paying the astronomical price for delivery to the second floor?

Decisions, decisions!

My plan is to just move! Even if its running in place. If my knees hurt like they always do, Im going to shadow box.
