cycle 2 day 6 boot camp am 7:30 activia vanilla yogurt with blueberries and rasberries 11:00 arbonne vanilla/orange protein/fiber shake 2:00 1/2 cup beans, 1 cup rice, spinach 4:00 snack on the road (100 cal pack of something) 6:00 dinner on the road...hmmmm
Out of town for the weekend...will be tough to stick to the plan :( I might be starting cycle one over again on Monday... we'll see how it goes
