Just changed my goal weight to 185. That is about what I weighed in 1990 at age 24 before I met my wife. I had it set to 240 because of "Biggest Loser" nonsense of small goals. I see everyone else on Fatsecret with cool signatures, so I did that too, and set a "true" weigh loss goal. Where I REALLY want to be. Heck, I was about 140 lbs when I was 18, maybe that is where I want to be, lol.

Still nursing a hurt ankle/foot. Limping around and not able to do my power walking kind of sucks. However its making me focus on what I eat, and in a way its easier to eat lite. I am not famished from walking 2-3 miles! I am also more mindful of calories in because I know I am burning less. Hopefully this foot will heal up, its been two weeks and it is felling marginally better.

And I have a broken PC. Either the CPU or Motherboard is fried. Perhaps I have a power issue, but I spent 200 on a new power supply to no avail. Like sucks sometimes.

It's nice to see an ambitious goal! It's a big decision, but also one that will keep your eye on the prize! Just make sure to celebrate the milestones on the way - or the final goal can sometimes seem very distant. It's not impossible, though. It's all about dedication and attitude. You have shown both!
