I have had family in, and so have basically been eating out for the last 10 days. I have been staying strict to the low carb but not to the calorie limit. I've also been walking a lot to compensate. I am back on plan as of today, so we will see what Thursday weigh in brings.

1143 kcal Gras: 73,90g | Prot: 82,27g | Glu: 52,39g.   Petit Déjeuner: Atkins Meal Cinnamon Bun Bar. Déjeuner: Guerrero Chicharrones (Fried Pork Rinds), Chicken or Turkey Salad. Dîner: Bertucci's Tomato Mozzarella Caprese Salad, Tomato and Okra, Lamb Loin Chop (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Autre: Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Bar. plus...

My in laws are coming tomorrow and starting for a week so I'll be in a similar situation.

Good trying to stay on the low carb at least. That should help and definitely the walking a lot will help. I find exercise is a key component on this journey

As long as the carbs are low, the exercise will offset the calories. Good going!
