Monday... This morning I started putting coconut oil in my coffee, will it help or not is the question! I had two cups of coffee with 1 tablespoon of oil in each cup. I usually don't get a gag reflex when I look at my coffee in the morning but it just seems so wrong to be drinking oil :) I couldn't taste it but I could feel it... I wonder if it will help chapped lips this winter LOL I am going to give this a try over the next few weeks remembering it takes 21 days to form a habit. My mom arrives today and will be spending 3 weeks with us. We are going to start baking Christmas cookies for gift platters hopefully tomorrow. I think I may be stressing about the baking, I had another dream about binge eating again but I guess it is better to dream about it than actually doing it.
