I lost about 2 lbs this week. I was surprised at the weight in, also on a new scale which is a bit higher than my other scale... Caught a bad cold Sunday, and had to take off work Monday. My level of activity was almost nil, but I do feel better today. My eating habits were OK this week. Daughter even made cookies (Damn holidays!), but that day I was down on calories from my oncoming illness, so I was able to enjoy a couple (5!). Have hit the cookie jar a few times the past few days, its probably why I do not want them in the house!
