Woke at 219.2, up 1.8 from yesterday after a 632 calorie IF day. I'm retaining too much water and I still feel thirsty. Going to drink until I'm passing water every 30 minutes today! Targeting 1612 calories. UPDATE: Finished 16:8 IF and got down to 218.0. UPDATE: Ate over goal, so will have to eat about 1700 tomorrow. Baked a loaf of low carb bread, voted, and got a haircut. Pretty productive day. Trying to drop more water.
