Just Checking in. For me, FS is an accountability tool that really works. I don't post very often, but I see a lot of people interacting, so that provides the unvoiced accountability I need.

I've worked out with weights, using a :bulking routine: to gain strength and lose fat. I've made it to 13.5 - 14 % bf. and wonder what I should do next. That doesn't mean however that maintaining is a snap either.
