Hey All,
Just a short note for posterity's sake. this is the last week and today is the last day of my weight loss management program so officially i no longer have to eat Optifast products. I have a few products left however, so i'll just eat them during the next week cause i don't believe in throwing food away unless it's ruined. I go down to one product a day and that should take me into next week about Friday i think.
